Veterans Ombudsman Guy Parent will release Continuum of Care: A Journey from Home to Long Term Care today. The Report considers current challenges faced by Veterans as they age and/or require more care, and it makes recommendations to reduce complexity, streamline programs and ensure the needs of Veterans and their families are met, within the context of the Canadian Health Care System.
