Please note date change due to weather - Veterans Ombudsman to Hold Public Meetings with Veterans in Dartmouth and Greenwood, Nova Scotia

Canada's Veterans Ombudsman, Guy Parent, has rescheduled his town hall sessions in Dartmouth and Greenwood, Nova Scotia due to bad weather to ensure the safety of those who were planning to attend. All Veterans, RCMP members, military members, their families and other interested parties are encouraged to meet the Veterans Ombudsman on the rescheduled dates below. These meetings are an opportunity for Veterans and their families to meet with the Veterans Ombudsman. M. Parent will talk about what his Office is doing on their behalf and answer questions about the Office and issues of concern to the Veterans’ community. Mr. Parent will deliver a short presentation, followed by a question and answer period with the audience. Representatives from the Office will also be available at the town hall to meet individually with Veterans who wish to discuss the particulars of their case.
