Veterans Ombudsman to Hold Public Meetings with Veterans in Victoria and Comox, British Columbia

Canada's Veterans Ombudsman, Guy Parent, will host public town halls in Victoria and Comox, British Columbia for Veterans, military and RCMP members, and other interested parties. These meetings are an opportunity for the Veterans Ombudsman to meet with Veterans and their families and hear about the issues that concern them. Mr. Parent will also talk about what his Office is doing on their behalf and provide an update on issues of concern to the Veterans’ community. The Ombudsman will deliver a short presentation, followed by a question and answer period with the audience. Representatives from the Office will also be available at each town hall to meet individually with Veterans who wish to discuss the particulars of their case.
