November 18, 2020– Ottawa, ON Deputy Veterans Ombudsman Sharon Squire will award commendations to the following 2020 recipients at a virtual ceremony this afternoon:

- Individual Contribution: Marie-Claude Gagnon
- National Organization: National Association of Federal Retirees
- Lifetime Contribution: Robert Thibeau
- Lifetime Contribution: Wolf Solkin
- Lifetime Contribution: Jack O’Reilly
The Veterans Ombudsman Commendation recognizes and honours the exceptional dedication, hard work and selfless motivation of an individual or group's contribution to Canada's Veterans and their families.
